Well, after reading some dour comments, I tried this for my area, Barnard Castle [DL12 ...], using postcode (how could one get a San Francisco locale; the U.S. postal codes are all-numeric?).  Quite amazing!  Hat's off to the inventor for such a useful tool.

Now, if we could only link to OFSTED and ECO-Schools's gradings ....

Inputing my postcode, DL3 etc the site took me to a map of a school in ....................................... San Francisco !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....so, in my opinion, nothing has been corrected since the previous comments.
Could do better!!!!!?

Great idea but I just get a blank page when I enter my postcode or my city.

Be nice if the website worked for either safari or firefox on the mac. I enter my postcode and am presented with a blank page - no data is returned.

Postcode found my location OK but none of my 4 nearest schools were shown. Also as another comment has indicated Key stage 2 results different from Ofsted grade.

Map placed me at a point some six miles away, with no sign of the High School (South Axholme) which is mid way between here, and where the system had placed me. Daft? or what ?

Programme places the postcode entered int he wrong place on a map of Cambridge, and locates the actually closest schools in the wrong place on the same map, fairly useless!!!

A great idea, but sadly it is in accurate. I entered in my correct postcode and it highlighted a different area. So the schools where not local. Try updatinfg your postcode database!

Poor recognistion of Post codes, placed a post code in seperating the two parts, got given a primary school 4 miles away, (local primary school 0.5 mls). Then typed in post code joined together, got a another school 6 miles in the other direction, however as I went through the drop down menus I suddenly go more schools offered including my local school.

Hi, Ths returns an incorrect location and map position for my postcode in Bristol BS7. Is this a known error?

Well ... when I type in my postcode, the map actually locates me in a different location from where I actually live, making the results pretty meaningless. These basic issues surely should be worked out first.

This does not use ofsted ratings- it uses end of KS2 results, definitely not the same thing.

The app doesn't work properly. Firstly the postcode finder doesn't work and more importantly it doesn't contain 5 schools which are within 3 miles of my house (2 private and 3 state). All have ofsted reports if you go to the ofsted website.
