This is a crime reduction application that has two key functions: 1. simple-to-use interface, genuine web GIS interactive map (unlike national crimemap) for public to view crime and ASB data. 2. internal administration tool, for low level analysis, category management, point data and heat mapping. Is this just a shameless advert for your commercial outfit Marcus, or do you care to share your (hopefully open!) data sources with us all instead of simply spamming your URL?

Many thanks for your kind comments. The app was submitted as an example of what can be done with regards to genuine Web GIS. The data is not ours, it belongs to Milton Keynes Council. If you care to look at the site, you will find an 'export' button which enables all the data to be exported into CSV. One of the key objectives of the Council and the site, it to enable the public to access the data. If you care to send me your details, I would be more than happy to discuss further.
