Hi,

Just wanted to give some Feedback on the 'Manage My Chain' App. I've just had an offer on my place, and have had an offer I placed on another house accepted, so thought I'd give this App a go.

I've experienced a few issues:

1: The Postcode lookup for adding addresses does not work. Both my current postcode, and the postcode of the property I am looking to buy are not recognised which means properties can't be added. The postcodes are longstanding Twickenham postcodes and have been part of the postoffice database for years.

2: The support phone number listed for the website is a dead phone line.

3: Help tickets raised on the website do not seem to get a response (been 10 days and I've not had one).

Pity about this, as it seemed as though it may be a useful App, but doesn't seem to be in a working state.
