Care Homes information

Generally directories show collection of information about a particular category. Care Homes are the combination of housing, meal and medical facility for elders.

Nursing Homes

Where can we access this information to use?

We have set up a new e-recruitment site for care jobs and nurse jobs from direct employers (no agencies) and want to provide full information for jobs to candidates including service/care home info.  At present we've been doing it manually but thought there must be an easier way?

Hopefully you won't think this too much of a crossover and could let me know how we could we access and use this information on our website please?

Some of this information should come from the Care Quality Commission as every care home should be registered with them.  However, they recently removed their excel data set which could have been improved but is now completely gone!

We continually spider Care Home websites across the Web. Look out for a User Agent 'Nursing Homes Directory'. All links on our website are checked every 24 hours and any that get an error http response code are culled.

People can claim their care home?

For a nominal fee Care Managers can sign up and edit details about their Care Home in real time on the live website. The idea is to enable rapid updates so that care consumers can get up to date information
